Jonathan and his crew are amazing!!! Rapid removal and drying of our bobby jones homes in sarasota! Homes were under 4’ of water and they made sure our homes were completely dried out and all the drywall is cut out perfectly !! Expert professional work done by these gentleman !!! A+++

I called 911 Restoration after the contractor I hired Phoenix Projects Flooded my 2 bedrooms and master bathroom with inferior plumbing work.. Mr Oby Rivera was prompt and efficient in evaluating our problem areas. He offered his expertise in eliminating an otherwise unlivable situation. I called and was assigned a project manager, Fabian. He said he would call me the next morning, Friday, as he was not in the office at the time. He never called the next day so I called back at 5 pm on Friday and spoke to him. He said he couldn’t find my information to call me. That conversation ended with him saying he’ll call me on Monday (since this was Friday) once he confirms availability with his HVAC tech. I asked him if he needed my number, but he said he had it. He has not called since. I don’t have a direct number for him. I call their main line and someone connects me to him. I needed their services for Monday at the latest.
