911 Restoration of West Palm Beach

Great experience with 911 Restoration after a late night water emergency at my home. Despite being in the very early morning hours, both their emergency call taking and response time were very impressive. Mike, my technician, was a true professional in every sense. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and made me feel like I was in good hands, explaining every step of the process clearly and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who finds themselves in a similar unfortunate circumstance.

Corey McCabe was excellent. He was very precise on the things he was doing and told me what was going on each day very professional Also, I would recommend them to anybody that has any kind of damages Also, his crew was great. Also, I’m glad I made that call. Thanks Gary PS need to give a raise.

Mike Fernandez came and took a detail reading of the walls and floors today ! He did such a great detail of looking with his specialized instruments! We found only one spot that was little wet and helped remove the baseboard so the machines can properly dry the wall ! I highly recommend this company and Mike did an amazing job following up.

On Thursday 4/3/25 I called 911 Restoration and came to my home quickly. Richard Millet came to my place and he was the most professional, knowledgeable and showed how intelligent he was on how he went about looking for where the smell and humidity was coming from. I was so impressed how quickly he surveyed the area and how quickly he found where the problem was.i have had this issue for over a year and so many experts from restoration to AC experts and could never ind where the problem was. I don’t leave reviews online, but Corey the PM was amazing, he took good care of us and our home. I would totally recommend!!
