We chose A. J. Wells Roofing for our roof project based on reading of positive reviews on various platforms. Our roof was passed its useful life and we had leaks in multiple areas. The crew showed up early and took care to protect surrounding landscaping before the tear-off of existing roof. Quite a bit of damage was discovered after removal. The project manager and job foreman were very informative and worked with us on keeping additional costs to a minimum. Our roof structure repairs included replacing approximately eight full sections of sheeting and over 100 linear feet of fascia. Our new roof was brought up to current hurricane code and a wind mitigation report was completed and delivered upon completing of work. Our new architectural roof looks great and the flashing and trim really finish the whole thing off nicely. A. J. Wells gets a five star review from us for providing high quality work, work done on promised schedule, great value, and sharing enough information with us to make us feel comfortable and understand the process.

Arthur and his team are by far one of most knowledgeable and professional crew that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The office staff Vera and Heather were on top of making sure all the paperwork was completed and ready to go. The PM David Lopez kept me informed on everything that was happening with the schedule and was on the job site multiple times during the process to ensure that everything was running smooth. David also made some recommendations that you most likely will not get from any other roofing contractors in Jax that made the end product so much better than originally expected. Luis and his roofing crew were very professional and took extra care to ensure that the property was protected to reduce any secondary damages and left my yard better then when they arrived. Eric the quality control gentleman was on site taking care of a few items that were not part of the original scope but were items David identified needed to be replaced/repaired. Eric also came back after everything was completed to do a final walk through for any items that may have needed touched up which shows that this company really cares about the product and customer satisfaction.
