Advanced Roofing & Sheetmetal

I am on a Condo board in Naples Florida and have had Advanced Roofing & Sheetmetal out to our Condo for roofing repairs and maintenance and have found them to be responsive. I recently had Mark, their service estimator out, and their technician Armando out to fix a leak we had. They were very professional and after explaining the issue, did the repairs and afterward provided photos of what was done. You can't ask for anymore and I would recommend them for a new install and or service for an existing roof.

Company doing a beautiful job renovating our buildings at the Vineyards. When I got a nail in my tire (happens during construction) Advanced Roofing PAID for my tire to be replaced! Easy to talk to them, sent a check to me quickly. THAT is pretty INCREDIBLE.

I was brought in by an HOA whom I was the soul screen vendor for 8 yrs. Advanced Roofing &Sheetmetal did a large amount of damage to screen lanai's and window screens, over 7k in damages. They agreed to pay me , to repair all the damaged screen. I fit this in to an already very busy schedule and had the entire condo complex done in a very accommodating period of time. The condo association was very pleased with my performance, as the always had been . I sent my final invoice to Advanced Roofing. After a month went by and not received payment, I began to question. I was told it's being processed, it's in the mail , it's in the mail. They lied , it was never in the mail , I never received their check. I had to go after the association for payment. I would not recommend doing any work for this company. They will give you the complete run around when it's time for payment. They were completely careless for the property of others . They damaged so much, do to carelessness . They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give , just to leave this review.

I have been stuck following up on my 85 yr old Mother's home whom they've ignored. They removed the gutters, which had a $5000 Leaf Filter system which was supposed to be reinstalled, and never was! They have sent me pictures of other properties in the neighborhood of her community saying it was hers, but it was obviously not by specific details. They have wasted too much of our time and apparently disposed of a $5000 system! DO NOT CALL if you value your Time, Money and Property

The quality of the work depends on 'the crew' assigned to your house. Roof not finished, no one has been here in over a month. Garbage, cans left by crew in gutters, screen enclosure torn, Hole in my garage ceiling causing rain water intrusion. Left buckets, loose tiles, garbage on our roofs for over a month, then had to rush to remove before Storm. Still waiting to find out when the work will be completed.
