After having a great job done on my gutters, I also had them install a very large (15×60) screened in back deck! It is Fabulous! I absolutely LOVE IT! We had AF Aluminum install our gutters and screen porch. Louie was always updating us on the next step and the installation team was prompt and professional, the price was reasonable for such high-quality craftsmanship. Lanai and Carport. Contract signed in July 2024. It is now July 2025 and we are STILL trying to get this job finished. Permits were not submitted until Sept 2024 and the were REJECTED. The County gave explicit instructions to correct. It took until April 2025 before Permits were finally correct. Carport was built using an entirely different system than what we were sold. Failed inspection. Lanai, built by a different crew, weeks later, did pass. Another crew had to fix lanai. They demanded full payment even though we had had no rain & we wanted to be sure there were no leaks. First big rain-- BUCKETS of water on carport. Still demanding FULL payment- threatening to lien & or REMOVE the structures. The "repair" did nothing. I did make a payment & held back only 10%. They are still arguing about when it will be fixed properly-- there was NO flashing at the roof line. They tried to blame US for a new roof. (roof is 2 years old). Today, with no appointment, someone showed up, without a ladder, to LOOK at the problem & proceeded to YELL at me for being annoyed that it was not done.
