Sean is like a master conductor, knowledgeable of every moving part of the process and directing it like clockwork to perfection! Our job was slightly complicated as the roof extends above 10 interconnected and independently owned Townhouses. I think the crew was totally professional and as friendly, polite and considerate as possible. We thought we had a leak. Sean came on Sunday morning and very quickly identified that it was hvac duct condensation and not the roof. Honesty! And given how hard it had rained the night before he could have very easily separated us from our money. I will call him for all roofing needs moving forward. Honesty is hard to find these days.
