They were professional and took over 40 detailed photos to give a full view of the roof condition. They gave us a sense of comfort when preparing to close and what to ask for repairs on. Following damages from hurricane Milton I needed a new roof. Of six roofing quotes for both shingle and metal, I found AKM to be one of two, most competitive and affordable for both shingle and metal (which isn’t always the case if they don’t own their own metal installation equipment) Their affordable price allowed me to upgrade to standing seam metal. Their installation crew were consistent and quick. They even did extra bits and pieces simply because it was there and needed doing right. Grateful for the above and beyond.
