AKVM did a great job replacing our concrete tile roof, quick and clean without surprises. AKVM got the job done in 5 days. I noticed a six inch tear in one of the overhead Lanai screen panels when they were cleaning up on Friday afternoon. I pointed out the tear to the super and 90 minutes later a guy from a screen company pulled up in the drive and the panel was replaced 30 minutes later. First class all the way. Compared to a couple of my neighbors whose jobs lasted 3 to 4 weeks, AKVM is a hero.

Full crew 21 guys! 4 days. One or two issues but expedited repair and resonable solutions promptly. Being in the trades I am critical but fair. I feel I selected the best company for the job and they proved it.

I received several estimates and met with a lot of roofing companies. It is a big investment. AKVM and Ben Faris stood out among them all. The price, quality and workmanship was top notch h. They show up on time, great communication and weather permitting get the job done right. They have a large crew and each have a certain job to do. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars forsure.
