Quick yet efficient. Stephen was running late but the work he did made up for it. I thought I was going to have to replace my brand new faucet but he showed me where something was loose & how to fix it in case I ran into the issue again. More than reasonable pricing & great work. Richard alford came to my house this morning with my landlord, saw everything wrong with my home and told me and my husband (4 children) "if your not happy then you can move". VERY unprofessional!!!! Never in my life have I had someone who was hired come at me like that. They then left and refused to fix anything. The soft floors, leaking roof, leaking pipes, black mold, anything. I'm not the one who hired him but I definitely never will or ever recommend to anyone.
