From start to finish, AARC proved to be a great referral and the right choice. Professional, Proficient, Personable, and Persistent through the entire process. Professional - Communication with Victoria was immediate, clear and concise. Kevin and his Crew were impressively efficient and their conduct on-site was beyond reproach. The clean-up was thorough. Proficient - Kevin and Victoria's knowledge of the Pikes Peak Building Code proved invaluable in identifying code upgrade and documenting requirements during negotiations with the insurance company. I am confident in the repairs and improvements AARC made to my roof. Personable - Victoria, Kevin, and both crews that worked on this project were responsive, easy to talk to, happy to answer questions, and respectful of our home during all phases of the project. Persistent - I was cc'd on all communication between AARC and the insurance company regarding code requirements, documentation, and repair justification...Victoria made it look easy. All I can say is wow! My experience with Brandi was outstanding. She actually climbed on my roof and took the time to give me two honest options, repair or replacement. Another roofing company came out, told me I needed a new roof, and never even got on the roof to inspect it closely. After reviewing the options Brandi provided, we decided to move forward with a full roof replacement. The professionalism and transparency made all the difference. I would definitely recommend this roofing company. I especially appreciated the over and above help, reliability & communication, from Kendall. I ended up working with All Rea, after having an absolutely terrible experience, with 2 previous Roofers. One to name, was (or still is) Hammer Roofing, in PSL, right off of US1. The 2nd is closed, so not worth mentioning. But I will say, the 2nd, did not leave me hanging, and at least made right of the situation, by giving my account to All Area. And so fortunately, I did not have to pay an additional initial fee. With mercy, All Area allowed me to move forward with the roofing job, as if I paid the 1st half. Overall, Kendall was great! He knew I was extremely uncomfortable, and seriously stressed out over this, due to my previous roofing experience. He was available every time I called. Even when away on an important & out of state, family matter. The work was completed right on schedule. They gave me a list of what & when things would occur. And they honored it. I am pleased with the work & final outcome. Definitely recommended.
