We had some water damage and consequently bug issues around our slider door. We called around a few places and wasn't satisfied with the pitches, estimates, and info given so we kept searching. We found All Pride, called and had it checked out. From the start we didn't feel pushed or pulled in any direction, but felt comfortable enough to trust that Mike knew what he was doing and that he wasn't trying to up sell up or blow smoke. We got our estimate and got the work done, all within a few weeks and couldn't be happier with the result. The paint matches the rest of the wall seamlessly and there's no more bugs coming in! We are happy with the help that we received from Mike, Ryan and Jake. They were very helpful, very professional, and quick! Oh, and did I mention affordable?! Don't waste your time and money on those advertised places who are going to try to convince you of more than you need, just call Mike at All Pride.

Mike was great. He reassured me that my Mother’s things were appropriately remediated. He was professional, had excellent communication, answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend him.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company for mold remediation. I had been extremely sick for over 3 years and suspected mold, but couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Eventually I tore up the vinyl plank flooring in my master bedroom and discovered the entire concrete foundation was covered in mold. I tried to treat it with solution from Home Depot without success. So I called All Pride Environmental and Restoration based on their positive Google reviews. When Michael came out, he went back and forth between gaslighting me telling me that I didn’t have a mold issue and it was all in my head to turning right around and saying that yes, you can have mold without it being visible. His proposal was to vacuum the surfaces in my house with a HEPA vacuum and spray some solution on the bedroom floor. There was NO testing of what type/s of mold that were in the home. When I probed further regarding the solution he wanted to use on the floor, it only treats 1 type of mold. Which he didn’t even know if that was the type of mold that I had. So needless to say, I DID NOT use this company for mold remediation. I contacted Mold Masters. They came to my home and did mold testing. I had SEVERAL different types of mold in my home, and the level of mold was off the charts. The mold was throughout my entire house, including air vents. They had the proper equipment to treat the and fully remediate the mold the first time. Had I gone with All Pride Environmental and Restoration, I would have wasted $4000 and continued to be extremely sick. Glad I dodged a bullet there. Also, I wasn’t even going to leave this review, but received a random email 3 months after they came out saying they hoped I had a great experience and asked me to leave a review. If I didn’t even use you to remediate the mold in my home, what makes you think I had a great experience???
