Amazing Home and Commercial Maintenance

Great experiance. I'm a contractor and I have gone through a few people that say they can handle garage floors. There always is some issue. Amazing Home & Commercial answered the phone was great with communication and showed up when they said they would.They grinded the garage 1st for prep. The made sure my stress cracks were not filled with extra/loose flakes and checked the corners to make sure all expoxy was not just sitting in the corners. I alway check work and they pulled through. Very happy with the job they did so I gave them 3 other new constructions houses to do!!!!

We have been using AHCM Services since we moved to Florida 8 years ago. Billy the owner is a great guy, he does the work himself, is detailed and professional. From start to finish the jobs are down with detail and clean !! Our pool cage looks brand new after it’s power washed , the patio area and fire pit look spectacular !! 5 Stars Plus for this company !! Thank you again for an awesome job !! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys pressure washed my outside of my house, screen enclosure, lanai deck, front porch and roof. They did an excellent job removing all the mold and algae. Once they were finished I spoke with the service guy about preventive things and he brought up paver sealing my paver driveway and pool deck. He also said they could seal the roof and this would keep mold away for 3 years . Well decide to go with it and man what a difference. I could easily see the difference on my driveway . It made colors pop out I didn't even know we're in the pavers. These guys do fantastic work! Super pleased with pressure washing service and sealing services. Recommend to all!

Amazing Epoxy Flooring came in and removed the old paint from the floor when I moved into my new house, they used a big push behind grinder that just ripped the old stuff off in one pass, solid job with the epoxy finish and I was super impressed with how it turned out and impressed with the equipment they used, top notch epoxy company, 10/10!

Amazing home maintenance is an excellent company. They are very responsive and do a great job. They do a multitude of different jobs well
