We contacted AR1 Roofing Company for a free roof inspection due to the aging of our roof. We wanted to make sure we didn't show any indications of damage. Matt was our primary contact and was very accommodating throughout our entire procedure. They discovered signs of damage from wind, and assisted us in filing an insurance claim with our company. They even walked us through on the roof along with the adjuster. When it was time for us to install the roof Matt assisted us in selecting the right color, and was able to answer all of our questions. He even suggested suggestions to ensure we were making the right choice. The roof was completed in just a day and half despite the heavy rain. The crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after. We are extremely happy with the brand new roofing system and definitely recommend the AR1 Roofing Company to anyone.

From Mike on the phone to Jacob that came out and Craig that made sure it all went smooth and to the four guys that came out, I have to say that they, although a bit more pricey than some, do exceptional work and the service is outstanding. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Any question I had was answered promptly and with more knowledge than was needed. The roofers had mine done in one day and when they finished, there wasn't even a nail on the ground. My roof looks great and these guys and gals made the process very simple. We are looking to purchase a brand new home. It turned out that we were caught in a rush to have all inspections completed prior to the deadline of the contract. We actually contacted AR1 Roofing Company on Thursday afternoon to request an inspection on the roof for an estimate of the cost for certain repairs. Dustin immediately jumped on the opportunity even though we weren't currently a customer. At noon today (Friday) We had received our estimate and we are now moving ahead. The AR1 Roofing Company WILL be doing repairs on our behalf when they are scheduled. The fact that they could move this quickly for someone who was not a client and also for repairs that were simple (vs complete roofing replacement) was far over the top of their responsibility. People who succeed in the big stuff begin by being successful in small things. AR1 Roofing Company has it right.
