I am extremely satisfied with their services. I contacted them for an estimate and the following day, they promptly sent Mike and Jacob to fix my leaking gutter and water damage on the roof and under the fascia. I was impressed by their quick response. Both Mike and Jacob were polite, skilled professionals who also made sure to clean up all debris after completing the repairs. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Disappointing Experience with AR1 Roofing Company I had high hopes for AR1 Roofing Company after hearing some positive things, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We scheduled an appointment for a roof repair, and when the day arrived, they didn't show up. I waited the whole day, expecting the job to be done, but no one ever arrived. After multiple attempts to reach out to them—around five calls, in fact—there was no response. It wasn’t until I tried again for the final time that I received a text message, informing me that they were unable to make it to the appointment. Not only was this incredibly unprofessional, but it also left me feeling like my time and home weren’t valued at all. In the end, this experience was very frustrating, and I was left looking for another company to handle the repair. It’s hard to trust a company that doesn’t communicate effectively or follow through on commitments. I wouldn’t recommend AR1 Roofing Company based on my experience.
