From the very start of this process my point of contact, Andrew Blackwell, made everything as smooth as could have been imagined. AWLAYS answering my calls, texts, and emails almost instantly and having a great deal of patience when explaining how the claims process worked. The crew that did the work was very efficient and the foreperson was very straightforward in explaining what the timeline was and easing my concerns about doing the roof replacement in less than ideal weather. 10 out of 1o would HIGHLY recommend!!!

This company is Good!! I will recommend to everyone, Alex Routherford made this process very smooth for us. He has Excellent Customer Service, he was very informative answered all our questions and was patient while we made up our mind, not pushy at all. He made us feel at easy and His crew did an excellent job on our new roof, they cleanned up well and it was all done quickly.

I cannot say enough positive about the service, communication and delivery on expectations that Alex and his Team performed for my Mom. I live out of town and tried to navigate this re-roof and Alex made me feel so comfortable that we were in the right hands. He delivered perfectly with great communication and a real genuine communication style. Please use this company for your next roof project. You will not be disappointed.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mark, Laurie, and the crew! The process was by far the easiest insurance claim I've ever done. Between making the claim, inspection, and approval, it was a week! My HOA took longer to get the go ahead than the rest of the process. Mark was there every step of the way to explain things and answer questions and make sure things ran smoothly. The roof looks great, the crew was meticulous in their cleanup, and they worked around major storms to get the roof done in two days. Laurie, the site manager, took the time to talk with me and explain things, made sure I was aware the roof foundation itself was in great condition, and even made sure the roof would have extra ventilation for these wonderful Florida summers. Absolutely 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.

I just had my roof done by ARAC and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Would also like to give a shout out to their restoration consultants, Mark Otterbourg and Alex Sajonz who were so helpful and nice to work with. My roof was replaced due to hail damage, so I went through my homeowners insurance . I was kept updated and informed throughout the whole process from contacting my insurance, permitting, building and to the final inspection.. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs! I would give more stars if I could!🙂
