ATI Restoration

We had a big water Intrusion from a neighbor above. Mike Mahan (outstanding friendly and competent) was our project director and he did an awesome job, he really walked above and beyond to please our needs. Despite we stayed in Europe he always answered the phone immediately and I got all information needed. His team did a top job with dry out the place and startet with the restoration. Complaints were dealt with immediately. We are very pleased with these guys and we can only recommend ATI. Tom

Woke up to a major flood in our home a couple of months ago. Big enough, that nearly the entire interior was affected. I contacted ATI for help on the cleanup and it was a great idea. Jorge, Andrea, and Patricia were exceptionally and especially helpful. As this isn’t something we have ever dealt with before, they were paramount in helping us to understand everything. From the guidelines on how much drywall needed removal, to how long the cabinets could show moisture before they too had to be removed. They tediously photographed and documented everything they did. This was so that we had proper documentation for the insurance claim that we were filing. They also worked directly with our adjuster at times, to help facilitate everything in a quicker manner. As they are a turnkey outfit, they were also able to provide us with the repair estimates for our home. All in all, it was a great experience working with them and I would highly recommend them for any remediation project, emergency or otherwise.

We contacted ATI Restoration during an extremely stressful water damage emergency, expecting professionalism, clarity, and support. Unfortunately, our experience—specifically with Thomas Snyder—was the exact opposite. Thomas was unhelpful, dismissive, and arrogant throughout our interactions. His answers were vague, condescending, and often outright unresponsive to our questions. Instead of providing reassurance or guidance during a crisis, he made an already overwhelming situation significantly more stressful. While the initial emergency dry-out and immediate mitigation were completed, we terminated our relationship with ATI Restoration immediately afterward and refused to move forward with reconstruction solely due to Thomas’s behavior and lack of professionalism. Trust matters in disaster recovery, and we had none. In moments like these, homeowners need empathy, clear communication, and competence. What we received was attitude, poor communication, and unnecessary friction. I would not recommend ATI Restoration based on this experience. If you’re already dealing with water damage, the last thing you need is a representative who makes the situation worse.
