Great Company, amazing sales team and working crews. We were notified by our Homeowners Insurance that due to the "condition" of the roof, they would not be renewing our policy. Avery was very understandable about the critical timeline we were working with and even finished the job ahead of schedule. They beat 3 other companies when it came to their pricing, and we went with metal. My roof looks amazing, and now we are considering other options to enhance the look of the metal roof. We are beyond thrilled with Avery Roof Services and will absolutely recommend them. Ron and Nate were great to work with!!!

Avery Roof Services is a company you can trust! I hired them to handle some challenging issues found on a home inspection report and I am very happy with the work performed. Constantino and Luis were the technicians on my job and they were at my home for two days. Both days they took great photos of the repairs made and cleaned up after their days was done. Very polite and did an outstanding job. Scheduling is easy with a robust answering platform set up by the owner, Jay, with easy selections to get you to the right department quickly. If you are looking for outstanding craftsmanship and good old fashioned customer service the give them a call to receive both. 5 Stars!

Avery did a GREAT job of installing my new roof. The crew carefully covered all my shrubs to protect them. Cleaned up every night and did a good sweep to pick up the nails. I would highly recommend them. My only minor complaint is that they started tearing off my roof at 7:10 am. A courtesy call to let me know they were going to start that early would have been appreciated. Also, a knock on the door each morning asking me to move my car out of the garage would have also been helpful. You can trust Avery Roofing!

Their contractors have no respect on the road. Almost killed me today because he got in the wrong lane (the turn lane) near the Ellenton outlet mall and then tried to cut me off to come into the lane to go straight as I was already half way past him forcing me to slam on my brakes so as to not slam into him. I honked as it was happening so he definitely heard and saw me. To top it off, he flipped me off as if I was the one in the wrong. HXT 909 was the license plate from Tennessee. You can’t be very smart to drive like an idiot with the name of your company and the phone number on the car and your license plate in front of me.

***Update 3/10/25*** The repair from October was in the Master Closet. Please see the near exact drip pattern that was in October and our recent leak in February 2025. As you stated Avery Roofing was at our residence in October to repair this roof leak. As you can see by my photos that it is a near identical drip pattern which leads me to believe the true damage was never repaired. Avery Roofing came out to repair our most recent leak but I can't feel confident that it was repaired properly and that is very concerning. Also, you gave me a copy and paste response. Couldn't even give me the contact information. Shows just how much you care about your customers. ***Previous review*** Not happy with the repair in our condo. We’ve had recurrent leaks for 6 months. Originally had a different roofing company come out then our HOA hired Avery. We’ve had issues with repairs being done properly and had to have Avery out multiple times. Just had another roof leak damaging our personal property and come to find out the nails that secure the plywood to the wooden 2x4s were not secure properly. See pictures of shotty repair work. This area was worked on by Avery employees. So here we go again with having repairs needing work. Very frustrating.
