Those guys were great. They came in and got the job done. At first we were told 3 weeks. It took 1 week to gut, clean, remodel, repaint and finish. The areas look brand new. They even helped put stuff back. Robert, a fellow female worker, Louis and Hansel did a great job. I can't say it enough. 😄

We went through an awful flooring disaster in our home, where the contractors contaminated the entire house with concrete and mortar dust. Because of this negligence, we were displaced from our home for a month while waiting for the issues to be addressed. Kurt from Belfor truly came in and saved the day. He was understanding, professional, thorough, and efficient. His crew worked tirelessly to make our house feel brand new again. Kurt communicated with us every step of the way and made us feel like a priority—not just another number. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care about the customer while also prioritizing quality workmanship, but Kurt embodies all of that. Thanks to him and his incredible team, we are finally moved back into our home. I will gladly recommend Belfor, and especially Kurt, to everyone I know.

So far.....amazing!!!!! 8th floor water leak that affected 100 potential tenants yesterday (2/20/24). On site immediately.....worked til approx 11 pm cleaning at least 7 apartments of excess water. Back at 9am with a full crew to start the REAL clean up. This will take weeks to fix, but this company has, so far, really stepped up for this 55+ community. Thank you so much for taking care of us.❤️

Thank you so much Sarah, Sarah Dunleavy, as the contractor for my rebuild, was an absolute rockstar! I had water damage and mold in my kitchen, and she handled everything perfectly. I got overwhelmed and stressed at times, due to the situation, and she was able to talk or chat with me, at any time of the day. Her dedication to her job and the service she offered was top quality. I was also stressed from some of the jobs that were sub-contracted, but she was able to handle those issues as well. Thank you so much for your time, honesty, and for all the times I've texted you with all my "problems", thank you Sarah. In regards to honesty and integrity she's at the top. I live at Solaris key apartments. It had water damage. They came to fix it. It was over two months ago. Last week they told me: we will fix the plumbing and then clean your apartment. No one has visited here in a week and a half. My plumbing was not connected and pretty sure they forgot about me. I told maintenance here and they said it looks like they forgot to finish. They also said they would clean my floors. My floor has white paint all over it from them doing the repair and it was not cleaned. No one has been here in a week and a half and I’m positive they simply forgot about it and dropped the ball
