Belfor was recommended by our insurance company. That made us feel a bit nervous. Were they good or just the cheapest? We couldn't be happier. The estimator, Andrew was very competent and thorough. He didn't miss anything. The next person we met was Mannie the project foreman. He came with Andrew and they spent time in each room going over what was needed. Manny showed up next with their subcontractor Jonathan, to go over everything and introduce him to us. Mannie was on top of the job constantly. We got written updates of the progress. Work started within a couple of days. All the people who came were very good. They were exceptionally clean and did everything to our complete satisfaction. Tile, flooring, and painting all look great. Jonathan made sure everything was done well and that we were happy. We would definitely recommend Belfor.

My building actually hired this company to help me with a move within the building. They brought a whole team! They were super nice & moved all of my things with ease. They did not disappoint!

They were contacted by my insurance company to 'board up' after a major roof leak in heavy rain. They arrived with a full crew before dark and worked into the night, putting up a roof tarp plus dewatering and drying out the room with the major leak. Later on after roof repair they did damage remediation and repair. They were on the job when needed, communicated well, dealt efficiently with my insurer and were a pleasure to work with.

Tank water heater blew out. Flooded the entire downstairs of townhouse. Andrew and Joseph exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Meticulous work, constant communication and an absolute pleasure to do business with.
