Amazing! Dean and Emanuel are very knowledgeable with the re-roofing process from start to finish. Any questions were answered promptly and professionally. Between Dean’s understanding of local insurance needs and Emanuel’s experience in taking drone pictures, I was quickly and expertly convinced that my roof had damages. When my insurance adjuster came out, Dean and Emanuel were here to help answer any questions. We are very pleased and amazed how well everything turned out. Our roof was replaced in 1 day. We scheduled an estimate with Best Choice Roofing for what was supposed to be a 1.5-hour appointment. The representative ended up staying more than 3 hours, giving us a long presentation about the condition of our roof (which we already knew needed replacement) and showing us a company PowerPoint. The visit quickly turned into a high-pressure “commit today” pitch. They quoted us $36,000 for a new roof along with various “rebates” and even a “vacation discount.” When I told them the price was far too high and that we had other quotes coming, the salesperson made several phone calls and suddenly dropped the price to $19,500 if we signed on the spot, or $25,000 if we didn’t. That kind of dramatic price swing was a major red flag. For context, the other quotes we’re receiving for the same roof are coming in between $12,000 and $15,000. After he finally left, another employee called us almost immediately asking to come back over to talk about the price again. The entire experience felt extremely pressured and sales-driven rather than straightforward or customer-focused.
