Although the process was not without its challenges, I want to acknowledge Best Roofing for ultimately helping resolve an issue that arose after the roof replacement at my condominium. For well over a month I’ve been waiting for a response back from them. They came to my house and said they would be in touch with me. Never called or never showed. I’ve written emails to them and my association to get some kind of help. I would think they would take some kind of initiative. Extremely unprofessional ignoring my emails. I wish I had good experiences like many of you guys below.

My HOA forced us to get our roofs redone and used this company, they chipped and broke my driveway as well as my light fixtures, when we requested they fix this they had so many damages across the neighborhood they ran out of money to fix all the problems they created. So If you need to get your roof fixed be prepared for them to damage your driveway and not pay for the damages. And I had a feeling they would say it was always like that so I took before pictures in case they try to shift the blame. Might end up getting a lawyer.
