Outstanding Job ! They got to our house at 6:30 am and were done , cleaned up by 4:30pm .From the sales person, Office Staff, workers …. Start to finish.. They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof … they are the ones to go with, Great price , high quality of product & service! Everything was left clean , after they finished.

Before we chose the roofer we were going to use, we shopped 9 different roofing companies. Big D was THE best price, they had the highest quality work product (Atlas Pinnacle Pristine with Scotchgard). AND the best warranty!! Exceptional!! Everything done 100% as promised. The work crew were all so polite and happy. Done in one day. Great work in every aspect, on time, clean-up, installation, WE just got our Wind Mitigation Report which was included in the price -- the inspector said the work was all done to the highest quality. I would recommend Big D Roofing with a DEFINITE 10 out of 10. From their office staff, to sales, to the workers and all materials - and all work done. Make sure to ask for Zach, he was the ultimate best, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. THE BEST!! ☆☆☆☆☆

They were a pleasure to deal with from the estimate until I went to the office to pay. Every single emplyee was thorough, kind and helpful. I appreciate when a company does exactly what they say they will, WHEN they say they will. The roofing team are incredibly hard workers and very very nice. We happily bought lunch for these guys. We were promptly appraised of a bad area on our roof and given options. Great job, great people and a great experience. Thank you!

Randy Graham took the time to explain the project step-by-step, including having samples of all materials to be used on hand. Randy’s presentation was well-informed and we appreciate all the knowledge that he shared. The proposal was detailed and easy to understand. The subsequent wind mitigation inspection and certification is a plus. The price was reasonable and significantly less than other roofers who we met with.
