Working with Lance was very easy. He gave me a quote on what needed to be done. I checked around other rates and found that they were trying to update me on things that were not needed. Once we set the date The project manager was on site with the workers. They completed the job in one day. What I thought was going to be a nightmare getting a new roof turned out to be easygoing.Very pleased and pleased with the job.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Brittany, the office coordinator was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was clear and straightforward about the product being used on my roof and helped me tremendously when it came to choosing colors. Even when I change my mind at the very end, she was patient and kind - never once making me feel like I was a bother. Brandon, the project manager was just as impressive. He was always available to answer any questions and handle every aspect of the installation with dedication and professionalism. There were a couple of unforeseen issues during the process, but he took care of them immediately and without missing a beat. In my 50 years of being a homeowner he’s the best project manager I’ve ever encountered. The work crew were outstanding - diligent, polite, and incredibly hard-working they even came back to finish up a small detail after dark and in the rain! Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My new roof looks fantastic and I’m so grateful for the entire team’s care and commitment to doing an excellent job. Highly recommend!

Bigfoot did a excellent job of replacing my 20-year old roof. They were timely and made every effort to protect surrounding bushes and lawn areas. Lance Holman was very professional and personable in negotiating this effort and subsequent communications. He was careful to explain in detail what the process would entail. Miguel Rodriguez was on-site and closely monitored the progress of both the removal of the old roof covering and installation of the new underlayment and shingles. The crew worked fast and efficiently to accomplish the roof replacement in a single day. Their cleanup efforts were meticulous, particularly in ensuring the removal of nails in the lawn and driveway. An expert job all the way.

I cannot say enough good things about Bigfoot Roofing. Lance made the process as easy as possible. This was my first time hiring a contractor, so I had a ton of questions. Lance was happy to answer everything and was very transparent about pricing and what to expect. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to make sure that my home and I were taken care of. My roof was due for a new one. My good neighbor recommended Big Foot Roofing. I called them, and they sent Lance Holman, a very friendly and professional salesperson. He inspected my roof, explained their products, and the entire reroofing process. He was very patient and professional. After receiving his estimate, we agreed on the price and selected the roof color. But a week later, I wanted to change the color of the drip edge to brown. I called Lance, and he immediately helped me with the color change. He's an excellent person! Due to weather conditions, the reroofing time kept changing. My production manager, Miguel Rodridues, was excellent, keeping up with the weather and finally finding a perfect day. The workers arrived early that day and worked methodically, minimizing noise. They completed the job in a single day. Their work was meticulous, and the new roof looks beautiful. I'm very satisfied! I highly recommend this company!
