Blackstone Builders did a great job replacing my Parents roof who had originally contracted with and paid Nationwide Exteriors which seemed to be a scam. Ricardo at Blackstone turned this bad situation into an EXCELLENT outcome, from the permit, Reroofing, honoring the amount already paid and seeing the project through. Our family Thanks you! We had a nightmare roofing situation with a previous company (Nationwide Exteriors) but BLACKSTONE stepped in and saved the day! I would highly recommend to anyone.

The company in question was, unfortunately, subcontracted by the one our insurance provider mandated we use, and it was not our preferred choice. My roof was replaced ten months ago, and regrettably, it began to leak just one month later. Despite our attempts to contact Blackstone, we received no return calls or emails, and it appeared that much of their staff had departed. The quality of the work was quite unsatisfactory, and now, nearly ten months later, I have had to bear the financial burden of rectifying the issues with my roof. 888 # doesnt work and all email address show return to sender.

Unprofessional and nowhere to be found once the job is done and gone awry. Currently working to try and get paid for damages caused by faulty work.
