I want to recognize Erica for her outstanding responsiveness, professionalism, and going above and beyond in getting me roof information details that I needed for an upcoming sale on my home. Despite calling late on a Friday afternoon , she quickly pulled together everything and responded within 30 minutes. In my previous interactions during the roof install, Erica consistently demonstrated that she really cares about customers before, during, and after getting a new roof. Blackstone Roofing is fortunate to have her on their team!

We got a good quote from Ray and scheduled the work. The guys who did the work were amazing! They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. We will use them anytime we need roofing work in the future!

Erica was friendly and helpful in scheduling for an estimate for my roof. Ray came a couple days later to give me an estimate to repair my roof. He looked at my roof and repaired it that day. I was very appreciative of the quality service from Blackstone Roofing company. I would recommend them to my family and friends. When I need a new roof I will be calling them back.

On New Years eve a bullet came down through the roof. Thank goodness myself and my family were safe. I decided to call a roofer to have it repaired. It was urgent to me due to the rain coming in the forecast. I started calling around the day after (it was Thursday) I contacted 5 different companies. I either got a voice mail and no return call or a "Let me take your number" and no one called back. On Monday no one still had called back so I got back on google and found Blackstone Roofing. I spoke with Erica, she was so polite and friendly, I forgot that I had just met her. We were instantly friends lol and she eased my anxiety. I was trying to get it fixed before my kids could see and it alarm them. The very next day a very kind gentleman came, I believe his name is Ray. He looked and had a solution to repair and save me money. He came back the following day just as he promised and did the repairs. Grateful is an understatement. He could have easily over charged me because I was a woman. He did no such thing. It was the kindness that had me. He had no clue what I was dealing with financially or that this could not have come at the worst time. They took very good care of me and the communication was top tier. Hats off to this company They deserve all the blessings that God allows to strengthen and grow their business. I will work with them again in the future and pass on their number to those who need an amazing roofer and a great experience. Kudos to you Blackstone. Job well done!

I would give zero stars if I could. Probably the worst Customer Service experience I’ve ever had in my life. On top of charging me $600 to replace just a couple shingles without providing me photographic evidence that the internal beams did not need to be replaced, despite my asking multiple times. Ray, not sure if he’s the owner or just a workhorse but he is the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with. He does not communicate. I think I probably sent six or seven emails to maybe get a response once (I understand I’m not there. Only customer but a response is expected when you’re selling a service), nor would he ever call me back. On top of that, a worker showed up at my house unannounced while I was at home and did the repairs without discussing it with me first and again letting me know what was going on internally in my roof. And when he was done, he left old materials that flew off of the roof all over my yard and my neighbor’s yard. I also reached out again with additional concern about 10 months later that my problem still wasn’t solved, as I said it wasn’t prior, and what a surprise Ray ignored me again so my year long warranty has now lapsed. Do not trust this company to do what’s right or ethical. They will lie and steal your money and not complete the job properly.
