My experience with Blues Brothers Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, efficient and informative. What was most impressive was letting me know what to expect on each phase of the job. Telephones numbers and contact names for each department were provided for any questions or concerns. They cleaned up after themselves and protected my driveway. Any questions or concerns that I had were addressed promptly. They took pictures of the completed job and inspected the gutter installation. They provided excellent service. I recommended them to my daughter who is considering replacing her roof.

Wow what an experience dealing with this company. I am one who normally does my own repairs and such. But for some unknown reason my lovely wife asked me not to go on the roof this time to get some help. So I broke down and called Steve at Blues brothers roofing. He said his guy Chris would call and come over and see our house. Chris came and talked with me and we came up with a plan and then he said I will send you a work order by email and it showed up just like he said. Signed the contract sent my deposit and then got a call confirming everything and was told Nate would be over in two days and it will take a few days to complete. Nate called me that evening and we spoke and he told me the time he would be over. The day he was coming he called and arrived when he said he would. Nate was a very polite guy and explained what he would do and he went at it. We had 3 big areas that needed fixed and he did them all and cleaned everything up. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was professional and answered all questions. And thankfully after the work was done we had some heavy rains and all is well. Now to find someone tall enough to paint my cathedral ceiling. Absolutely I hope I never need them again but absolutely would use them if I do and would recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof or a repair.

When I decided to replace the gutters and downspouts in my rental home, I wanted to be sure that the company I selected we give me the utmost service because I would be managing this installation remotely since I live in New York and the house is in Boca Raton, Florida. I selected three contractors to bid the job job. From the onset, blues Brothers had the most communication with me. So I selected them based on that superior service as opposed to the other bitters. And that service continued when they did the job. I wasn’t sure if I wanted The downspouts to be white or to match the walls of the house. They looked at other houses in the neighborhood that were painted like mine and sent me a photo that its downspouts matched. Its walls. I decided to go with that solution and I am glad I did because the completed job looks great. Blues Brothers advised me when they were going to start the job, how long it would take, and when they finished the job. They took photos all around the house so that I could see their work. I am so glad I went with them and highly recommend you hire them too.

Blues Brothers Roofing did an excellent job after our hail damage. They replaced our entire roof along with the cage screens and gutters, kept communication clear, and handled any issues quickly and professionally. Crew was respectful and cleanup was spotless. Highly recommend.
