Andre was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. When we had a washer installed, the delivery company broke a valve and caused water damage to the laundry closet. I was given Andre's name to help with remediation of the area to stop any further damage or mold. I called him that day, and he kindly walked me through his process, which I had no knowledge of, explaining that he would carefully inspect for water damage and dry out the area before mold could grow. He was able to come out immediately the next morning to begin the cleaning and drying process. To my surprise, he offered to repair the area as well, dry wall, floor, baseboards, and fresh paint. This was very important since we needed the washer/dryer installed as soon as possible but wouldn't be able to do that until the area was repaired and waiting for insurance can take months or years. Andre took care of the entire repair in less than a week, and the quality quality of his work was great, as you can see in the pictures. He was even willing to work over the weekend if we needed him to, which was nice to hear. For any emergency water damage, Andre and his company are the #1 choice for quality work and customer support. He won't hold your repair hostage over money and is only in it to make sure his customers are safe and satisfied. I hope we'll never need Andre's services again, but in the unfortunate event we do, I know I can call him and receive a quick response, with fair and honest pricing for quality services.
