The shipping office starts receiving orders at 5:30 a.m. and at 6:00 a.m. they pick you up and load you immediately. Great teamwork.

Came for a delivery at gate 5 and sat there with no contact for almost 45min and calling the office 3x being told it’s being put together. Still here now an hour later nobody had came to my truck. I’ve worked with many supply company’s and this has to be the worst when picking up material.

We bought our Roma Metro Tile Roof in 2010. It was advertised by the manufacturer as the Rolls-Royce of all roofs, which we believed at that time since it came with a 50-year warranty and a hefty price. We got it installed by the manufacturer recommended and factory-trained technician, as required to get the 50-year warranty. However, less than nine years after installation, the roof has revealed some deficiencies: The coating is coming off like sand during heavy rain (see pictures). Twice the wash-down was so bad we had to have our house pressure-washed. At some spots the coating was bubbling and has meanwhile popped open revealing the bare metal underneath. The roof had also developed leaks in more than one place. When I called Boral (who purchased Roma Metro Tile Roof in 2018) I was met with extremely poor customer service. We were advised to speak to the regional company manager Bryan. About a week and half later Bryan sent out Mark a roof inspector. Mark was able to accurately pinpoint the areas where the leaks were before he even climbed on the roof. He said that metal cannot leak and it therefore had to be an installation problem. He then went up on the roof, took lots of photos and these where his findings. 1) The tiles were not designed and installed to allow the rain water run off to disperse over a wide area of the roof 2) Most of the rain water run enters the crickets of the roof, causing a back-up into the seams of the roof which causes the leaks 3) The crickets of the roof are poorly designed and allow dust and dirt to get trapped in the valley of the crickets. They need to be widened. When I asked Mark about the areas where the coating had bubbled he said he hadn’t seen them but he went back up and found what I was talking about and took photos. He still said he didn’t see any coating loss. Mark promised to send me the names of roofers who can fix our leaking issues. Six weeks and three phone calls later I am still not in receipt of any names of roofers. Meanwhile we had heavy rain again and I sent Mark three photos of the coating being washed down from the roof. In response Mark berated me and said I was taking advantage of him and that he would be blocking my phone number. Getting response from the company was not easy either. Jennifer in the warranty/customer service department doesn’t respond to emails and is difficult to reach on the phone. About three weeks after we had submitted our claim I was able to speak with Jennifer and she said they would indeed honor the warranty. But thirty minutes later she called back and retracted their warranty offer. She claimed she mistook me with another customer. Maybe they have too many cases with similar problems. Jennifer said our claim was still under review. They could see our coating loss but consider it a cosmetic issue. They were going to send me two patch-up kits with a close color-match to our roof since the exact color is no longer manufactured. We fear 10 years after installation this roof will resemble a 50-year old damaged Battle Ship rather than a Rolls-Royce.

WORST PLACE TO GET LOADED EVER!!!! The lift guys take their time to load you. You may have to wait 2-3 hours to get loaded. If it starts raining, you might as well cancel your destination because everyone who works there will go in and wait for the rain to stop while all the trucks are still out waiting for their material to be loaded. They have 2 ppl loading per truck and still cannot get them out on time and their excuse is that there are a lot of trucks. That still shouldn't take over 1-2 hours to load a truck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE!!!!! Rather go to Okeechobee (or anywhere else) where they get you out in 30 mins so you can actually finish your day correctly as you should!
