Boss Roofing

It's hard to find a good contractor or a good roofer I thought but these guys came as a recommendation and the roofing project we had them do was excellent! From the very beginning to the end they were in constant contact with us letting us know everything we needed to know. They even worked with our insurance company to get a portion of our roof replaced from a storm that happened less than a year ago.

I used boss roofing a few months back for a metal roof and new gutters. All I can say is amazing amazing amazing ! Customer service is there I reached out to Barbie more times then I like to admit, but she was so kind and patient with all my questions and status updates! Truly a great company. Things are going to happen it’s life, but the way you respond makes all the difference and this company walked me through every step and their work is top notch! If ever I had an issue (just one) I called Barbie and she was in it immediately. All was solved! Thank you again

We hired Boss Roofing to replace our roof after Ian. When the initial job was done, there were a few things we were unhappy with. Jeremy and the Boss roofing staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied. Their customer service and professionalism is A+.

Replacing the roof turned out to be a pleasant experience because of Brock Boss. They were timely and kept in close contact with updates. This was done while we were out of state but with photos and emails, we were very informed. Extremely pleased with results of new roof. The neighborhood we live in has some very strict regulations, Boss Roofing was very compliant with their rules. Can’t say enough good about Boss Roofing.

We purchased our home in 2024, which had a standing seam metal roof installed by Boss Roofing Experts in 2023. Unfortunately, we’ve uncovered multiple serious workmanship issues that reflect a lack of care and professionalism. Most dangerously, Boss Roofing covered over the kitchen exhaust fan, creating a major fire hazard we had to identify and fix ourselves (picture of vent dead-end into plywood). They also failed to properly seal the skylights, allowing air leakage and water intrusion during rain. In addition, we’ve found clear evidence of shortcuts taken during installation most notably, failing to flash the metal correctly to the house. As a result, rainwater runs underneath the metal panels and exits at the weakest point of the roof (see photo). This is a fundamental error in metal roofing and should never occur with competent installation. We will be attaching photos to support these findings. Given the premium cost of a standing seam metal roof, we expected quality and longevity. Instead, we’ve been left with a series of unsafe, costly, and avoidable problems. We strongly recommend avoiding Boss Roofing Experts or, at minimum, hiring an independent inspector to review their work before making any final payment.
