We have just had our 15 year old roof replaced and we are VERY Happy with the job that was done!! Lisa and Bobby and Eric all answered all our questions about all aspects of the job that they were going to do. I had 5 estimates and they were the most reasonable. They started at 3 pm till 6 pm and the next day from 8 am till 12 noon, all done and the area all cleaned up! The dumpster was picked up a day later! If you have them, Please tell them where you got the information (from me)!

Positive: the construction team installed my new roof quickly (2 days) once they began the job. Negatives: (1) I subsequently lost several hip shingles during Hurricane Milton. When I filed a claim with Owens Corning, I was told that "the problems you are experiencing are not due to a manufacturing defect in the singles and therefore we are unable to offer you a settlement on your claim" and "your shingles were not installed according to Owens Corning's installation instructions." I contacted Bowk Construction and was told they would repair the damage for $300. Their installation warranty doesn't apply to damage incurred from a hurricane. (2) The installation team failed to install the requested roof vent over my garage. I had to make separate arrangements to get this done after the fact. (3) My gutters were not leveled following the new roof installation.
