Tyler and his team at Brad’s Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish! They were professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The team was courteous, cleaned up thoroughly after the job, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Knowing they’ve been serving the community for over 30 years gave me even more confidence in their reliability and expertise. I highly recommend Brad’s Roofing to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service!

I have used Brad's Roofing since we moved into our home in 2014. I am happy to give the company a 5 star review! From the owner (Ty Bradford) to the work crew, the installation of our new roof went smoothly. They were on time and always cleaned up the site each day before they left. They are fair in pricing and did the work as promised. I also worked with Ty's father, Larry, when Ty could not be here. They are really both wonderful professionals with whom to work!

5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and left everything spotless when the job was done. Most importantly, the roof looks fantastic and I have complete peace of mind knowing it was done right! If you need roofing work done, don’t waste time shopping around. This is the team you want on your side. Highly recommend!

So here it goes. After purchasing my home several years ago I had to install a new roof within about a year. Had done extensive amounts of research and recieved quotes from about 5 companies. Went from a shingle roof to metal for both the longevity and solar reflection (it makes a massive difference!) In speaking with multiple companies. I completely dismissed several, who has slightly lower offers, as they came off way to salesy and I simply didn't trust them based on things they tried to tell me that I simply knew wasn't true. It came down to Brad's and one other. I went with Brad's as the owner shared a personal story with me about how a carpenter who was working on his retirement home had used two completely different types of trim in one room. It may not have bothered some people. But it bothered him and would have bothered me. The attention to detail led to the owner having a discussion with the installer who then replaced and matched all trim in that room. That concern for attention to detail told me I was on same wavelength and went with Brad's as I know we had the same goal in mind. Installation came and went and had 4 concerns after install. 1. Oil canning on roof was more significant than expected. In speaking with Brad's they did disclose to me up front that oil canning is very real on metal roofs, it doesn't degrad function. So I have accepted that. 2. A stretch of facia was rotten that they missed to replace, I called them, they came out and replaced, same week, great! 3. There was a 1-2 inch gap in peak of roof with wood facia that I pointed out as a concern that termites, lizards, specifically bees, or any other small creature could get into. Foreman said it was blocked from behind and nothing could get in, I said ok... less than a year later I have to call out a exterminator to have them come out and remove a hive of approximately 5500 bees (they didn't kill them, they removed them) that entered and exited at that exact point. That cost me $400 because I trusted the foreman's word. Shame on me. 4. Most important to me and why I am posting this review, above my front door there was a slight dip on roof overhang. It was pointed out at beginning as something that would be fixed. Install comes and goes, it wasn't fixed. In discussion with company they said they could have installed some additional plywood and installed before metal panels went on and at this point it isn't worth the trouble to me (me the client) to remove a few panels and fix it. It is just aesthetic. Every day now when I leave and come back from work I see the dip in my roof and regret two things, that I signed off on completion of job without it being fixed and that I thought I made the right decision with personal judgement based on personal story shared with me. Some may not notice the dip in my roof from the street, some do. Most importantly, I do, I see it every day and it reminds me of the experience. I thought long and hard about this and the rating, it could have been much worse and they did come out and fix one of the above issues and at a later date to fix a small leak that popped up from a gap in caulking so went with 2 star vs 1. If I could do it all over again I would have done it differently. Granted from my understanding the metal roof installers were a subcontractor that they hopefully don't use anymore. You decide if this dip in the roof above front door would have made you decide against signing.

----Updated----- Now that the company has called my husband about the review and replied saying that I am being unfair, let me elaborate. If the company would like to discuss the issue further, I encourage that they reach out to me directly. First, though the company blames the city for the delay in obtaining the permit, it took us almost a year to get the roof installed. I had to contact them multiple times whenever I wanted to receive an update. The company staff members were kind, but were not proactive nor responsive regarding the process. Second, the leaking started after we installed the new roof. If the roof was leaking with the old roof, we would have never asked the roofer to come check out the leak or we would have fixed the vent before installing the new roof. When it rains, the water fills up to the point where the vent submerges, which leads to water leak. I suspect that the vent is deteriorating due to the vent being submerged under the water for an extended period of time every time it rains. Even if the vent deteriorated on its own, if the water drains without any issue, there should not be a leak after the hole was sealed. The company has come out to check and told us that since the water is leaking through the vent, we should replace the vent and leave the drainage problem as is. They told us that as long as the water drains within 2 days after the rain, there is no issue with the code. However, having quite a good amount of water sitting on the roof (It's not a small ponding. It fills up to the point of submerging the vent) for the whole two days is not ideal for many reasons. The company sealing the duct once or twice rather than fixing the actual drainage issue is not acceptable, at least in my opinion. I hope my elaboration helps with the context. As I have mentioned, we will be finding another roofer to fix the drainage problem now that I am aware of the cause of the issue. Yes, I knew about the leak problem, but I did not know that the water was filling up this high until last few weeks. If they want proof, I can send all communication records (email + texts). If I had known about the drainage issue earlier, I would have asked for the company to fix it much sooner. I completely understand your frustration that if the vent was newer, the leak may not have happened. However, I hope you can understand mine too that if the water did not fill up as high as it does now, the leak may not have happened. -----Original Message---- So many issues and unprofessionalism from start to finish… My new flat roof drainage is horrible and they refuse to fix it. Will need to look for another company to fix my new roof.
