After Hurricane Ian I hired Brady Roofing and Sheet Metal to replace my roof that was damaged by Hurricane Ian. Everything finalized in February of this year. On Sunday June 18th, 2023 Cape Coral had its first big downpour rain and my wife and I discovered evidence that our new roof has water leaking into our attic. I called Brady Roofing to report the problem. It took multiple calls to get them to send someone out. The individual came out looked up in our attic and said that he couldn’t find where the water was coming in. He climbed onto our roof and smeared some white sealant on the gooseneck vents and came back inside and drew outlines around the first of the water spots and left. A couple of weeks later we had another big downpour and more damage appeared. After several weeks of calls and raising cain about the damage being done the same person came out and looked around the attic and once again said he couldn’t find where the leaks were coming in drew more outlines around the water damage and left. I have been going around and around with these people and with no solution or resolution. To date 9/18/2023 no water intrusion tests have been performed and the ceiling of my home still has evidence of water leaking but now it has orange lines drawn around them and Brady still hasn’t upheld the warranty I have in writing from them.
