Burnette Roofing

I had my roof replaced by Burnette Roofing and Construction. They did an excellent job!!! They were very professional, on time, and finished the work in less than three days. The owner, Caleb was extremely helpful in assisting me with dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to explain the things I did not understand. The insurance company, ASI was very difficult to work with to say the least. Caleb took the time to help me and talk to the insurance company when they under estimate the cost of the roof replacement. I highly recommend Burnette Roofing when you need to get the job done right.

We were very pleased with the level of customer service and professionalism that Burnette Roofing provided to us. After Hurricane Michael we attempted to obtain quotes from seven different roofing companies which all either didn't call back, never showed up, or never followed through. George went above and beyond to not only provide a fair quote but kept us informed and updated until the job was complete. We are so very thankful to him and this company for helping us during our time of need and for that we are forever grateful. We would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I used Burnette Roofing to repair and re-roof our Victorian home in Monticello, FL. Burnette Roofing gave us the best price and completed the 5000+ sq. ft. roof on time as promised. Along with their estimate our chimneys had to be rebuilt and they were also completed on time and on budget. The entire process was professional from start to finish and Mr. Burnette was always available to answer questions day or night. We would use his services again without any hesitation. .

Craig came out to do an estimate for roof repair, didn't even get on my roof but told me I needed an entire new roof, even though I just got it fully inspected. I've already had a couple companies come out and give me an estimate on the repairs so according to them the repairs can be done no problem. The repairs consist of tacking down a few raised shingles and replacing the flashing and shingles on the back side of my roof. When I told him I did not want to replace the roof, he said "well I'm gonna pass then," and turned around, walked to his truck and left. I was taken aback at the rudeness and shortness of my interaction with him! I understand not wanting to do the job because some people I'm sure don't have the skills to do it.... but what about people skills?? Burnette contracts their roof repairs out to this guy because they only do roof replacements. They may be good at roof replacements but I would not recommend them for repairs if this is the kind of people they send out. I will not be reccomending this company to anyone!

This company installed a new roof which ended up being defective. That defective roof was replaced with a better quality shingle. Six months later a leak has left a large hole in the roof decking. After making multiple calls and leaving multiple messages, being told someone would be on it, and just getting nowhere, the owner called me and asked if I would be his policeman by letting him know if his employee didn’t contact me within 2 hours. Two hours later and the owner isn’t answering and has a full mailbox.
