Carlos and his team did an amazing job with my 4 story townhouse roof. His prices were thousands less expensive compared to 6 other roofing companies. I thought would the quality or work or materials suffer but I did not! I had a 3rd party inspection to ensure the materials were the best. He was able to demo my roof in 1 day and rebuild it in 3. He also did my neighbors at the same time. He was able to secure permit for me and pass inspection no problem. He was VERY busy so scheduling was slightly off from the initial meeting and plan but worth it. I did need to check in frequently while waiting to start to get status updates... For a smaller firm this is expected as larger one have the customer service but it comes at a cost. I choose to save 10K on my project than have a customer service experience with a larger firm. There was 1 leak after installation with a sky light that was not caulked. Within 2 hours of calling he was personally on-site to repair it. His team cleaned up all debri each day and worked 12 hour shifts.

Carlos and CAD are an excellent vendor for our property management portfolio. They handle our repairs and complete roof replacements, excellent communication and fair pricing.

Cad was very quick to respond with my roof leak, once on site they were clean and updated me frequently. Once completed they made sure everything was left as it was. Excellent service.
