I had a roof leak and some slipping tiles at my home in Fort Myers, and Martin Kasslater came through like a pro. From the start, communication was clear and easy. He explained everything he found and what needed to be done without any pressure or confusion. The work was done quickly, and the quality speaks for itself. No more leaks, and the tiles are solidly in place. On top of that, Martin’s just a good guy, he is reliable, respectful, and easy to work with. Highly recommend him if you need any roofing work done!

I Had to have my roof and gutters totally replaced after the storm. This company and Project Managers, Niko and Jason were absolutely wonderful. They explained every step of the work to me, took pictures with drone, and called daily to follow up on next step. Week after signing the contract City permit and materials were delivered and roof was started. Wonderful craftsmanship and top of the line products and crew was so considerate and polite. They put tarps down all around the house to make clean up neater and easier. They also scanned the yard 4x with rolling magnet to be sure there were no loose nails laying around in grass or mulch. Very considerate gesture!! The roof looks so beautiful and I still have neighbors stopping to compliment!! I did my homework looking for a reputable and honest company and this Company surpassed all others. Their genuine caring and personal attention to every detail was a huge bonus plus the most reasonable price! (Best of all, I now have gained 2 guardian angels watching out for me and always calling to check on me!). Thank you so much for every thing !!!!!!!!!

We needed our roof and gutters replaced due to Hurricane Ian. We listened to many companies and pitches as to why they were the best. Truth is none of them cared about the property or customer, just the sale. Captiva Roofing was the 1st that spoke to us like customers, treated us like guests, and followed through just as expected. Nico was knowledgeable and patient which is something lost in customer service these days! The owner came by and spoke to us as if he was working along with the rest of the crew, that to me is what it is all about! I'm very pleased with Captiva Roofing. Jason there was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. My roof looks amazing, the job was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Jason worked with my insurance company to get me extra funds for things that the insurance company said wouldn't be covered at first and after a week or so Jason was able to get them to cover those exact things that I was already planning to have to cover myself out of pocket on top of my deductible. The crew came out early and worked all day. Came back the next day to finish the roof and the finishing touches. Top quality shingles and materials and warranty for peace of mind. Communication was top notch and I never felt like I was being dismissed or ignored when I had questions. The crew did their best to clean up any debris and nails around the house and were very courteous. I'd recommend Captiva Roofing to anyone and will definitely call on them again for any of my roofing needs. I had a timeline in which the roof needed to be finished and all though they had many jobs going on due to Hurricane Milton, they did their best to meet my timeline and got the job done in time.
