The owners treat your home and property is though it's their own I know in certain cases during hurricanes they have dropped everything and have relocated all of their equipment and Personnel to help with whatever hurricane, fire, event is going on and treat everyone with Incredible respect that is going through these tragedies. Make sure if you have any issues with water intrusion especially during Hurricane time that you reach out to this company. You will not be disappointed. And they will become your family members.

Jay Cooper and his crew, Billie and Tye, deserve more than a 5 star rating for water mitigation on our home which was flooded during hurricane Debbie on Auguet 5 this year. I can't say enough good things about his company and all of his crew. They were not only knowledgeable, professional and tireless workers but they were kind, considerate and compassionate to my husband me. We were certainly blessed to have Jay Cooper and CAT 1 as our mitigation team.

Cat 1 water restoration came out to my shop and saved all of my property in the office when the roof flooded my building. Fast response and fair prices. Highly reccomend.

Jay is great... we are also in the disaster restoration business and we use each other’s resources for education, restoration techniques and negotiation with insurance companies. Jay took cat 1 on the road to Wilmington during hurricane Florence. I recommended him to a close friend as I was stuck in Myrtle Beach. After cleanup, I inspected the restoration performed and both the homeowner and myself were extremely pleased with the little extras performed and attention to detail. Well, after going through almost a category, five hurricane and our roof being ripped off and the water, pouring down our walls in our kitchen our bedroom and bathrooms Cat [address removed] from the East Coast of Fl to the west to help us pull our lives back together again They were fast they were efficient and very professional ,I highly recommend this company Jay was over the top on explaining things to us and even when our insurance company tried to cheat him out of money he was still respectful and honored his word ! thank you Jay for being so understanding and considerate to both of us Thank you ♥️
