The entire process with Certified Roofers was a pleasure. Kyle came out to inspect my roof the day after I called him following hurricane Milton. He took pictures and had a crew here the next morning to tarp my roof (and not one of those blue things that fly around and disintegrate). Kathleen took over when it came to the paperwork, picking shingles, etc., she is a joy to work with and handles everything, and FAST! I had to sign papers and pick what color shingles I wanted, that was it! Roofing day was a breeze! They brought the trash trailer, shingles and everything they needed at 7:30am and worked hard all day until 8pm to finish my roof in one day. My yard was covered to catch any debris and when they cleaned up you could not tell there was anyone there working on my roof. A couple of hours into the process I was visited by a site manager just to ensure everything was on point and to see if I had any questions or concerns. This is not a typical contractor, they show up when they say they are showing up and they work for you! I can say with 100 percent certainty, you will not be disappointed. If I could give them a million stars, I would but since I can’t, it’s a 5 star review from me! Thank you Certified Roofers, you made this process so easy and stress free!!!

Working with Zach, Dawn, Kathleen, and the team at Certified Roofers was an excellent experience! We initially contacted them for a roof replacement but ended up hiring them for a major exterior stucco repair and some interior wall work as well. They were flexible with scheduling while we waited for our insurance check, communicated clearly about changes in scope and cost, and were consistently responsive—always getting back to us within a day. Highly recommend!

Zach, Dawn and Kathleen were all great to work with at every step. The crew that did the work was professional, detailed and cleaned up everything after they completed my roof replacement. I initially asked Zach for an estimate. I appreciated the "no pressure, take your time to decide, we hope to get your business" style with a great estimate from the beginning versus having to go back and forth. This is a wonderful company that I would never hesitate to refer to a friend or family member. My new roof is beautiful. My family is happy. 😀

Pedro was my representative and he took the time and paid attention to all the details to everything I was worried about. Their crew did a great job with the roof and even better with the cleanup. They did everything in a timely manner, and when they said they were going to. Their price was extremely competitive and better than most estimates I received previously. 10/10 Experience from start to finish.
