We wanted to make sure we didn't have any roof problems after hurricane Milton hit our area. CRS came out to our neighborhood quickly and gave us the all-clear.

I posted a review on here last week, but it looks like the company removed it. I don’t think that should be allowed. I don’t feel this company values quality and safety. When we had the initial roof consult, we were told the gutters would be removed carefully and put back up when the roof was being redone. That did not happen and instead tons of nails, staples, and debris ended up in our gutters. When the rain came through it pushed all that out into our driveway and yard. We have a 1 year old child that we play with outside and this could have resulted in a serious injury. If a company cared about their customers, this would not happen. As I stated in my first review, you pay a lot of money for a new roof, and you shouldn’t have to worry about your family’s safety over a roof. This issue is in addition to all the scheduling issues we already had with them. There are lots of roofing companies in Orlando. I’d recommend exploring your options before going with this one.
