I have used CFS Roofing for 10 years now and they are spectacular. They have done repairs as well as installing a new metal roof. They have been economical, professional, and friendly. I’m a contractor myself and deal with many. From start to finish the whole team at CFS are absolute professionals. I wish all contractors I hired for home and for my business were like CFS. To keep this as brief as possible, sales, estimating, management and workmanship are all excellent. Having dealt with 100 contractors or more over the years, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Sales and estimating were diligent and responsive and made changes and recommendations for me along the way. Management was stellar! It was basically daily, sometimes multiple times a day, during the build. I ALWAYS knew the status of things. And workmanship is about the best I’ve seen it. The crews were respectful, kind and man they work hard! And with roof jobs, cleanup might be the hardest part to get right. CFS did about as good a job as you can without trying to vacuum your yard. The roof looks beautiful, and the price was VERY good. I got multiple quotes before deciding, and CFS gave excellent value for the money I spent. I feel like I got a great deal and a beautiful roof. I always recommend getting quotes, but I don’t know that you’ll get a better job with anyone else. I would make them my only call next time I need a roof. Thank you CFS for coming through for me!

CFS did a full roof replacement on our home in 2019. In 2025, we discovered that the roof had been leaking for quite some time. I had another company look at it and they found that both crickets were not done correctly and some of the tiles weren't cut correctly. This led to water pooling for long periods of time. Over time, it got worse until we started getting intrusion. We contacted CFS and they said it was just 'wear and tear'. They even tried to deny that there was an issue with the second cricket. In the end, they said the warranty was up and it was going to cost me thousands to fix the problem they created. Their "fix" was to take the estimate from another company and knock off $500. I don't feel like expecting a 6 year old roof to not leak is an unreasonable expectation and, apparently, it had been leaking for a while. While I wouldn't be happy, I'd have found it at least acceptable if CFS had offered to cover the labor. If you want good workmanship and a company that stands behind their work, skip CFS.

CFS installed a new roof on our home in August of 2020 at a cost of $52,500. Within 60 days, we had a roof leak which CFS repaired under the warranty. 2 years later, we realized they used OUR spare tiles to make that repair leaving us short of tiles to make other cracked tile repairs after hurricane Ian hit. While we finally convinced them to replace those tiles, it took a YEAR! 3 years and 8 months after leak 2, a leak re-appeared in the same spot. While disappointed that CFS failed to protect our home in the same area twice, we thought they would stand behind their work and properly correct the problem, but instead they hid behind their industry weak warranty of two years (shame on us for thinking all reputable roofing companies had similar warranties - we've since learned that many/most others offer 5-10 years). So, for the 3rd try to keep water out of our home, they wanted to charge us $1,390! How STUPID would we be to PAY a contractor with a proven track record of failure, to try again??? We attempted to appeal to their interest in correcting the issue at no cost to us with no success. Hence this review. BUYER BEWARE: If you are considering using CFS, don't make the mistake we made. Move along and find a company that is more willing to stand behind their work and value your relationship. You'll be nothing more than a transaction to CFS.
