From start to finish, they were extremely professional, transparent, and honest about everything — no upselling or unnecessary scare tactics. They clearly explained what needed to be done, broke down the realistic costs, and gave us straightforward advice instead of pushing for extra services. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely trustworthy, but this inspector absolutely was. They made the process stress-free and gave us complete peace of mind. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a mold inspection done right the first time!

Leo was fantastic. Came out within the hour of calling after we had flooding from the recent flash flood. He quickly worked to ensure we would have no ongoing issues and even reinstalled the baseboards for us when he was finished! Highly recommend if you have a flooding issue.

After a water leak while we were away for 11 days, Jeff and his crew were quick to respond. They removed and disposed of all damaged flooring and fixtures. Then installed equipment to dry out the subflooring and walls. They were prompt, efficient and professional in all they did to help restore our home. A+
