CMM Roofing

This is the first time I’ve ever personally had a roof replaced. I work in the community Association industry so I have seen firsthand, especially in the state of Florida lots of vendors and more specifically roofing companies that don’t hold up there into the bargain when things are all set and done. I contacted Angie’s list and CMM ROOFING reached out to me the same day and came out to provide a proposal just a few days later. Of the proposals I received Myles on the sales team was really the only one that followed up consistently and checked in without being overbearing. He worked with me to get the proposal tailored to what I needed and offered me options without trying to sell me a bag of goods that I didn’t need. Before I signed the contract, I did my homework to check in on the company and saw they got great reviews and I additionally contacted my insurance company to see if there was anything specific I needed to make sure to comply with and they were very familiar with this company and the work that they do and gave me the thumbs up to go ahead and proceed. Kim at the office was very helpful to work with me on payment options. And anytime I called the office with questions she picked up the phone immediately. She was always very nice and informative. Matt Morano was the site supervisor when the team came out to do the work. He walked me through the process and made sure that tarps were put all around the house to make sure that any debris was caught by the tarps and that my house in the surrounding areas were protected. He went the extra mile to go into detail with the specific needs for my house. He was extremely courteous and professional. Anytime I contacted him by phone or text. He responded immediately to answer questions or address items. Though he wasn’t able to make it to the site on the final day of work he did come thereafter and addressed a few items that I had after everything was completed and handled everything directly and really went the extra mile. He’s a great site. supervisor and knew what he was doing. He’s very personable and made sure all the final touches were addressed. Thank you CMM ROOFING team I will absolutely be recommending you all to anyone that I know that needs roof work done.

Hurricane IAN bad. Our roof had lots of shingles damaged. CMM did a great job. Workers courteous, cleaned up everything including all those nails. Would recommend them and use them again should the next hurricane damage our roof. They did the work over two years ago and there have been no issues.

The last week I haved the pleasure of renew my home roof with CMM. The Team was very professional and attended in all my concerns. Laden and Kieran was allways available during the long process with everything I need. I recomended to my neighbors and They are very happy too. Whit out concerns I work with this Team in the future. The best party was when the county inspector let me know what my job was make with the last and betters update in the roof industry. Thanks CMM.

I appreciate salesman and office taking all my calls, when we were discussing details and completing the job. Price was reasonable. Little less than 4 other quotes received. CMM roofing definitely had everyone else’s price beat. They showed up right on time and their work crew were very energetic. The only glitch in the whole process was that their conveyor belt machine that sends materials up to the roof was broken but that didn’t stop the crew from carrying supplies up the ladder. The finished work looks great, Glad I chose them because they really saved me some money.
