Chase and his crew did an excellent job. Very professional and had great communication. They put two teams on my home to knock out my large, steep roof in two days so we could host a family event. When they picked up the dump trailer they spent a considerable amount of time sweeping my driveway and surrounding areas to ensure no nails were left behind. Coastal Edge Roofing recently replaced my roof after an extended negotiation with my insurance company. Even though several inspections concurred there was storm damage, the insurance company delayed the process for months, resulting in Chase bringing in a Public Adjuster, who was able to reach a fair settlement with the insurance company. Chase was involved in every step and always represented my best interests. Chase was also very patient with me as I found it difficult to choose the new shingles. I was also able to upgrade the skylights to ones with shades (solar powered) so that I can reduce the heat gain as they get full afternoon sun. We are so happy with the service provided by Coastal Edge Roofing. The owner Chase went above and beyond in working with the insurance company and inspectors to get the job done. They not only replaced the roof on our main home but also our two out-buildings matching all three beautifully. They also had a difficult challenge with a flat roof over the main garage of our 1960 home but it looks amazing. High quality shingles and products were used and it turned out better than I had imagined.
