Each time, my call was taken immediately, and the owner and crew were on site within 24-48 hours to thoroughly assess the problem and make the repair. It is no wonder Coastal Roofing is becoming one of the rising stars in the State of Florida. The owner is a person of true integrity; his crew is exceptionally professional, caring and hardworking. These guys replaced my roof after one of the hurricanes. Now, the roof is leaking. I called them to see if they could take a look, they promised to call me back, but never did. I called another roofer, who repaired the leak, and says: "...the leak by the front door was not the flashing, it was a nail pop in the shingles next to the flashing....The bad news, The nail pops seem to be consistent around the roof. These pops are caused by poor installation. When they re-did the roof 7 years ago, they did not clean the decking off properly which can cause this." Thanks Coastal (you suck), looks like I'm down for another complete roof at this point.
