I knew that I was in good hands when the building inspector said that C.R.I. has been in business for a long time and is a very good company. Al Citro owns and manages the company. He is responsible for coordinating and scheduling assignments for his work crews. Al was always available to answer questions and easy to work with. His roofers are the best. We recently had our roof done by Consumer Roofing and we were pleasantly surprised at how efficiently and quickly the job was done! I was so concerned on how messy it would get, yet the workers cleaned up every day as they went. We and our neighbors were surprised on how quick the job was done, as well. We had several other large homes getting their roofs done in our development at the same time, with other companies, and after seeing what a long, time process they went thru, compared to us, we knew we choose the right company!!! We had and have a very good relationship with Al. When he said they would begin the work, they did and finished on time. Clean up was great. Very Satisfied with their work. Would recommend.

Consumer Roofing put the roof on my new construction home. Within a year, we had roof leaking. I called them and they came out and fixed the area. Unfortunately, a year later, the exact same exact spot is leaking again. I called them twice and left a message, but no one ever got back to me. I had to have a different company come out to repair the problem. Certainly not something I would expect for a 2-year old roof.
