Architect/GC (with graduate level study of roofing systems) review: Cool Roof Foam and Coatings did my roof in 2014 and no leaks after 11 years but called them out to do a re-coat prior to installing solar panels and to fix some animal (racoon) damage. My roof has many areas of ponding/puddles and silicone is the only system that can resist standing water. The crew did a fantastic job! Very honest and easy to work with!

We are totally happy with the service from Cool Roof. First, dealing with Mario regarding the estimate. He as very helpful and explained the work procedure. He worked with us on the price and explained the warranty work. When I called him, he would either answer right away or call back in minutes. Secondly, Jose and crew called prior to starting work and when they finished for the day. They covered all cars left in parking lot and swimming pool. They were very professional and cleaned up after each day of work. After the job was finished Jose took pictures showing before and after of roof condition. I would recommend Cool Roof to anyone needing roof repair on their buildings.
