We needed to replace our skylight to make it hurricane grade. Honestly there are very few options for south Florida so I was a bit nervous. Jim the owner came and did the measurements and quote. From the initial office contact to set an appointment to the final permitting, Corad was amazing. The installer was so careful and mindful to prep the area and clean afterward. The contact after to make sure all permitting was taken care of excellent. Thank you for making this process easy, very reliable, fair and honest. Don't hesitate, small company, big delivery!

Very happy with our tubular skylight installed in the kitchen almost 2 years ago. Natural light added to where it's mostly needed. Our kitchen became lighter, cozier, and more inviting. A great improvement to the house. In addition, it has a solar lamp in it that makes the area light at night. The work was done fast and professionally. The company is responsive and always ready to help if any issues appear and answer the questions. We are very satisfied and would recommend this company. And believe, light and bright house makes you feel happier!

I called Corad on the recommendation of neighbors, and it turned out they had done the original Skylight in my villa 25 years ago, and still had the original paperwork! The whole experience of getting my updated Skylight was extremely positive. Chris, who manages the office, is so pleasant and easy to work with. Everything was done on time and professionally. The prices were very reasonable. Years later, I needed info regarding a permit on the Skylight that they have done.
