Gil Arellano / Craftsman Roofing provided me with a great service and a great roof. After a quarter sized hail storm damaged my roof, Gil and Craftsman Roofing worked side by side with the insurance adjuster to facilitate my roof claim. Once the insurance claim was approved, Gil / Craftsman used the insurance proceeds to get me a very very high quality roof. The local code inspector even commented on the quality of the roof and the materials used. Gil was onsite everyday of the roof installation, and was always extremely responsive to text and emails, as he wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the roof and the process. Many people get the insurance claim money and then bid out the roof replacement. That bidding process just insures that they get the cheapest roof. Gil explained to me that most insurance claim roof replacements budget allocations are adequate to fund a great quality roof. That is what Gil / Craftsman was interested in providing to me and their other homeowners. Gil explained the process and the roof quality differences that they were going to provide.
