I recently bought a house in Venice, FL whose roof had been replaced six months ago with the exception of the flat area by the pool that connects the lanai to the main structure. That part of the roof was still the original from when the house was built and needed an upgrade mandated by the insurance company. Donald Crigley himself , the company’s owner , came to assess what was supposed to be done; a super nice , competent young man who did not overcharge me and gave me a fair price based on labor and materials. It came out that more than 90% of the original plywood was still in good shape so there was no need to replace it with the exception of a tiny strip. The crew notified me of that and I immediately contacted Donald who took the unused sheaths off of the invoice and gave me a $500 credit/ discount. The job took around five hours , from the time the guys showed up to when they left . Fast and efficient workers , who cleaned thoroughly after they finished. More importantly, I was texting back and forth with Donald and he always replied back in a timely manner! In addition to showing in person multiple times to collect the checks . Communication is key when it comes to any major work , particularly when the home insurance is involved! To conclude I highly recommend Crigley Roofing to anybody in need to replace or repair the roof and for any roof/ house structure- related work.
