Excellent re-roofing of our tile roof. Our roof went from the rattiest in our community to the best. We get compliments all the time. One minor quibble is their communication, which could use some refinement. Otherwise, highly recommend them

They’ve taken three years to complete a roofing project in my condo complex. The roofs been replaced for over a year and I woke up this morning to two of the workers outside my window on my roof. When asked what he’s doing there he claimed that the last time they were here 6 months ago, they broke tiles replacing the gutters. Do not hire this terrible company.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a horrible experience with Crown Roofing and will absolutely not be recommending them. I called on July 16th to schedule a consultation for someone to come out and assess a leak in my roof. I live in a manufactured home and did my research to find what I thought would be a reliable roofing company. My appointment was scheduled for July 18th at 1:30 PM. When Friday arrived, no one showed up. I waited patiently, thinking maybe they were running late, but by 1:50 PM I still hadn’t received a call or update. I decided to call them myself. I spoke with Lisa (who was incredibly kind and helpful), and she informed me that Crown does not work on mobile homes and that I should have been notified on the 16th that my appointment was canceled. That call never came. Not only was my time completely wasted, but I also used PTO from work just to be home for this appointment. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional that I was never informed. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and their internal processes clearly need improvement. 0/10 – Would not recommend.

I built a house in a development who used Crown Roofing. 50 percent of the homes that have issues are due to the lack of attention to detail. When I arrived, they were cutting my trusses on my newly pour sidewalk. After living her 4 years, I noticed my roof tiles are slipping out. I asked my neighbors who relate I am late to the game as they have had their roofs assesses and fixed, I am the lucky one. Some still have leaks after being serviced. If it were done properly they would have been screwed and glued but we are finding throughout the development noting but problems. Shame! In response to Crown Roofing- If it were just my roof, I probably would have thought your company had good intentions and a bad day but over ¼ of the houses in here have issues. You have been called here many, many times, so I know you know. So no, I will not allow you to make matters worse. I have already called a roofing company who did not cut my sidewalk up or install my roof improperly. I placed this review so everyone knows your team’s true work ethic or lack of it. Shame!
