We needed a new roof from hail damage and our insurance assigned a random company coming from over an hour and a half away that we were unsure of their work and reputation. Instead we requested Custom Roofing to do the work and they happily provided the insurance company the needed information/paperwork to get this request approved. The work happened so quickly and efficient, complete replacement from start to finish within a day and a half, and the workers were respectful which was important to us. Blake recommended which products to go with that would look good and came personally to inspect the project and assure we were happy halfway through the project. The roof turned out great and we were very happy with our choice to go with Custom Roofing!

Blake and the Custom Roofing Team have now completed two separate roofing projects for my family in Ocala and Gainesville. Most recently my home in Gainesville had a roof leak and Blake was out within 24 hours to look at the problem and provide professional and honest help. Other companies I called weren’t going to be able to even look at the roof for weeks. He was in continual contact during construction and even assisted with questions regarding financing. His crew was quick (2 days to install), clean, and courteous through the entire process. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their commitment to excellence.

Custom Roofing & Coating Inc. placed a new roof on my home in August 2020, approximately 5 years ago. We developed a leak several months ago. I started in October 2025 reaching out to them on multiple occasions. I used the portal at least 3 times and a phone call to the office where a message was taken at least 3 additional times. I was never contacted about my concern to discuss an evaluation and repair. I am very disappointed with this service. I have since had the roof repair performed by another company. That company showed me the problems with the original work that caused the current leak.

SPF roof was a blistered and leaking mess two years after installation. He used water-based paint to seal which is not appropriate for roofs with ponding water. Daryl, 100% silicone it what you are supposed to use! Last year I tried to contact Daryl, but after several weeks it was clear he was blowing me off. He literally sprayed more SPF over existing blisters and let the uncoated foam bake in the sun. Daryl, UV rays from the sun degrade the foam! This work cost me tens of thousands to repair.

Roof put on a couple of years ago and was great….until the shingles began to fall off. They came out and said they had put the nails completely thru the shingles. And now more are coming off and they have failed to return 6 calls over the past 2 weeks. 0/10
